What The Position is About:

  • Oversee and inspect the planning, execution, and completion of commercial roofing projects to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget adherence
  • Lead, train, and supervise on-site production teams, subcontractors, and support staff
  • Develop and implement production schedules with internal crews or subcontractors
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses and conduct cost analysis, ensuring effective allocation of resources
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation of risk
  • Prepare billings for assigned projects and follow-ups with collections as needed
  • Enforce strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, OSHA guidelines, company safety policies, and industry best practices
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure craftsmanship exceeds expectations
  • Consistently communicate with customers and vendors to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate project records, prepare progress reports, and present updates

 

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • 5+ years of project management experience within the commercial roofing industry
  • Proven experience managing at least 3 projects simultaneously
  • Strong financial acumen (project profitability, budgeting, and cost control)
