DescriptionThe Retail Representative is responsible for engaging with customers through face-to-face, in-store outreach to promote products, generate leads, and collect customer feedback. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Field Engagement: Interact with customers in retail and high-traffic locations to present product information, answer questions, and generate interest in services or promotions.

Lead Generation & Sales: Promote products and services, secure customer commitments, and generate qualified leads or sales opportunities.

Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets, including lead generation and customer engagement quotas.

Customer Relations: Build rapport with potential customers while maintaining a professional, positive, and courteous attitude.

Reporting & Documentation: Accurately track customer interactions, leads, and sales activity, and submit reports to the Marketing team in a timely manner.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and team members to support marketing initiatives and achieve company objectives.
QualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with potential customers, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods and walk long distances in varying weather conditions.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to support customer engagement and business needs.
- Reliable transportation and dependability in managing travel requirements and field equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
