Our thriving, fee-for-service practice is looking for a dynamic Junior New Patient Coordinator to be the first friendly voice welcoming new patients and fuel our growth. This marketing-oriented position will allow you to strengthen your dental experience while using your talents to tackle lead conversion and patient acquisition challenges. You'll Offer:


  • 2-3 years of experience in a patient coordinator, marketing, or sales role (dental assisting experience is a plus)
  • Proven skills in building rapport and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication skills via phone, email, and text
  • Basic marketing campaign management or optimization experience
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet goals
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Dental practice management software experience required


Your Impact:


  • Phenomenal service during our patient's first interaction with our practice
  • Passionate enthusiasm for following up with patients that need dental care within 24-48 hours through multi-channel outreach and expert follow-up
  • Strong multi-tasking skills that can handling 200 new patient leads a month
  • Build strong relationships by connecting with potential patients, understanding motivations, and compellingly communicating our value
  • Meticulous attention to detail in collecting and recording patient information
  • Strategically expand our reach and spearhead opportunities for new patient acquisition
  • Leverage exceptional communication abilities to inspire and convert leads across channels
  • Expertly navigate treatment cost discussions and financial arrangements to reassure patients
  • Rigorously report marketing activities, analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and optimize conversion metrics
  • Embody a passion for achieving ambitious targets and creating win-win patient experiences


We're Offering:


  • Hourly Rate: $25 - $28 per hour ($56,160 - $60,320 annual equivalent)
  • Production Bonuses: 4% scaling bonus on total office collections
