You'll Offer:
- 2-3 years of experience in a patient coordinator, marketing, or sales role (dental assisting experience is a plus)
- Proven skills in building rapport and delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills via phone, email, and text
- Basic marketing campaign management or optimization experience
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet goals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Dental practice management software experience required
Your Impact:
- Phenomenal service during our patient's first interaction with our practice
- Passionate enthusiasm for following up with patients that need dental care within 24-48 hours through multi-channel outreach and expert follow-up
- Strong multi-tasking skills that can handling 200 new patient leads a month
- Build strong relationships by connecting with potential patients, understanding motivations, and compellingly communicating our value
- Meticulous attention to detail in collecting and recording patient information
- Strategically expand our reach and spearhead opportunities for new patient acquisition
- Leverage exceptional communication abilities to inspire and convert leads across channels
- Expertly navigate treatment cost discussions and financial arrangements to reassure patients
- Rigorously report marketing activities, analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and optimize conversion metrics
- Embody a passion for achieving ambitious targets and creating win-win patient experiences
We're Offering:
- Hourly Rate: $25 - $28 per hour ($56,160 - $60,320 annual equivalent)
- Production Bonuses: 4% scaling bonus on total office collections
