As a Lead Canvasser / Sales Team Lead, you will lead from the front, driving your own production while developing and managing a team of Business Development Representatives. This is a high-impact, field-based leadership role focused on speaking directly with homeowners, generating qualified leads, setting appointments, and coaching a team to hit performance goals.

This role is ideal for top-performing Business Development Representatives or experienced canvassing professionals who are ready to step into leadership, take ownership of results, and accelerate their career into sales or upper-level leadership.

What You’ll Do:

As a Field Marketing / Sales Team Lead, you will:

Lead & Develop a Team

• Coach and train Business Development Representatives on door-to-door strategy, communication, and objection handling
• Set daily expectations and hold team members accountable to performance goals
• Support onboarding and development of new hires

Drive Production

• Knock doors and generate your own leads and appointments
• Ensure team lead generation and appointment goals are consistently met
• Track team performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain strong energy and momentum in the field

Lead from the Front

• Be active in the field daily
• Demonstrate consistency, resilience, and a strong work ethic
• Represent Panda Exteriors professionally and positively

Compensation and Growth: 

For the Field Marketing / Sales Team Lead role, we offer:

• Pay: $75,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year (base pay + performance-based bonuses + commission)
• Base pay plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses tied to leads, appointments, sales, and team production
• Clear path into Sales Representative or Leadership roles within 6–12 months based on performance
• Proven training and mentorship program to help you ramp quickly and develop long-term sales skills

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or business development (required)
• Proven performance in a sales or lead generation role
• Leadership experience OR strong desire to lead and develop others
• Strong communication, coaching, and accountability skills
• Comfortable speaking with new people face-to-face
• Competitive and goal-oriented mindset
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Team player with a positive, coachable attitude
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Reliable transportation to and from assigned territories

Preferred (Not Required)

• Background in home improvement industry
• Driver’s license with a clean record
