We’re partnering with a powerhouse in the commercial roofing industry—an established full-service contractor dominating high-security, mission-critical builds across the Eastern U.S. From multi-million-dollar hospitals and manufacturing plants to government and military facilities, their work supports the backbone of essential infrastructure.
 
Now, they’re urgently looking for a sharp, experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent in Laurel, MD, to lead complex projects and field crews with confidence, clarity, and very little hand-holding. This office is moving fast—leaders are short on time, the workload is high, and the ideal candidate must thrive in an environment with minimal training and limited direction.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading field operations on large-scale commercial roofing jobs
  • Managing foremen and field crews, ensuring productivity and safety
  • Overseeing labor, materials, and schedules to keep projects on track
  • Collaborating with PMs, coordinators, and clients to drive results
  • Representing the company in site meetings with GCs, owners, and engineers
  • Enforcing OSHA and job-site safety standards
  • Solving problems proactively to keep projects moving forward

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of commercial roofing superintendent experience
  • Expertise in single-ply, asphalt, metal, cold & hot-applied systems
  • Proven success managing secure or complex sites (e.g., hospitals, occupied buildings, industrial facilities)
  • OSHA-certified with strong job-site safety leadership
  • Comfortable with 50%+ travel
  • Strong communication skills (Spanish-speaking a plus)
  • Valid driver’s license + eligible to work in the U.S.
