Location: Laurel, Maryland
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 per year + Full Benefits
Patient Volume: 2 Patients per Hour

Position Summary:
As a Physical Therapist in our outpatient clinic, your primary focus will be evaluating musculoskeletal conditions, restoring function, and reducing pain through personalized treatment plans. You'll work directly with patients to build mobility, improve strength, and support long-term recovery using hands-on techniques and evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose functional limitations and impairments
• Develop individualized treatment strategies
• Administer manual therapy and therapeutic exercises
• Collaborate with physicians and care team members

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
• Active Physical Therapist license in Maryland
• Previous outpatient experience is a plus
