LocationThis position is hybrid, based in Laurel, MD 20707. 

Role: 

Delmock Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Computer Software Integration Analyst to analyze, integrate, develop, and maintain software systems across various platforms and environments. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze current software systems and integration points to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. 

  • Design, develop, and implement software integration solutions using Reacct.js, Power Apps, APIs, middleware, and data transformation tools.  

  • Support system upgrades, migrations, and onboarding new applications into existing ecosystems.  

  • Develop and maintain documentation related to system architecture, integration processes, and troubleshooting procedures.  

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.  

  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration workflows and resolve issues promptly to minimize system downtime.  

  • Ensure integration solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with industry standards and company policies.  

  • Perform unit and integration testing to validate system performance and data accuracy.  

  • Manage the day-to-day administration and configuration of the ServiceNow platform, including system upgrades, monitoring performance, and creating documentation.  

  • Provide support for ServiceNow issues and manage security protocols and integrations.  

  • Build custom dashboards and reports. 

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, or Computer Science, or related technical field. 

  • One (1) year minimum of relevant experience.  

  • Service Now Administrator or Developer Certification Cloud Certification (Azure, AWS or GCP). 

  • Must possess knowledge in life-cycle support, including maintenance, administration, and management.  

  • Must possess knowledge in implementing computer systems in a phased approach of requirements analysis and conceptual design, site survey, system design review, critical design review, installation, integration, and testing.  

  • Must possess knowledge in performing requirements analysis for a wide range of users in areas such as office automation, and finance and accounting.  

  • Must be able to assist with the development of designs for user approval at formal reviews.
