Role:
Delmock Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Computer Software Integration Analyst to analyze, integrate, develop, and maintain software systems across various platforms and environments.
Responsibilities:
Analyze current software systems and integration points to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Design, develop, and implement software integration solutions using Reacct.js, Power Apps, APIs, middleware, and data transformation tools.
Support system upgrades, migrations, and onboarding new applications into existing ecosystems.
Develop and maintain documentation related to system architecture, integration processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot integration workflows and resolve issues promptly to minimize system downtime.
Ensure integration solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with industry standards and company policies.
Perform unit and integration testing to validate system performance and data accuracy.
Manage the day-to-day administration and configuration of the ServiceNow platform, including system upgrades, monitoring performance, and creating documentation.
Provide support for ServiceNow issues and manage security protocols and integrations.
Build custom dashboards and reports.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in information systems, or Computer Science, or related technical field.
One (1) year minimum of relevant experience.
Service Now Administrator or Developer Certification Cloud Certification (Azure, AWS or GCP).
Must possess knowledge in life-cycle support, including maintenance, administration, and management.
Must possess knowledge in implementing computer systems in a phased approach of requirements analysis and conceptual design, site survey, system design review, critical design review, installation, integration, and testing.
Must possess knowledge in performing requirements analysis for a wide range of users in areas such as office automation, and finance and accounting.
Must be able to assist with the development of designs for user approval at formal reviews.
