Ultimate Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys helping residents improve independence and quality of life while working in a collaborative skilled nursing and post-acute care environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, coordination, balance, and functional mobility
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed to maximize independence and safety
• Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive equipment, therapeutic techniques, and home safety
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Work closely with PTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred but not required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
