Ultimate Therapy is seeking a COTA to join Autumn Lake at Cherry Lane. You'll help residents work through everyday challenges with hands-on treatment that supports their comfort, confidence, and independence.

What You'll Do

• Carry out treatment plans established by the supervising Occupational Therapist

• Practice self-care skills and functional activities with residents

• Watch for changes in performance and discuss them with the OT

• Document treatment and communicate with the rest of the care team

Qualifications
