Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm service appointments (phone/email)
• Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain and update customer information
• Follow up on internet leads and service requests
• Coordinate with the service department for timely appointments

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Automotive experience a plus (not required)
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must pass background checks, MVR, and drug screening
